DURABILITY:
Our tags are durability tested but are NOT indestructible. Each tag is made with POLYCAST ACRYLIC. They are not meant for chewing, rough housing, or extreme heat. All of our tags come with metal split rings to attach to your dog’s collar. Make sure the tag is not hanging too low to prevent them from chewing on it.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Our tags are 100% water proof. They can be cleaned with mild soap and water.
BULK TAG INFO:
Your phone number(s), name(s), address, and/or microchip number can be added to any of our tags. Keep in mind the personalization information should be Emailed to info@chillyblade.com with the order number after you place the order, it will be printed exactly as we receive it, in the font Arial Rounded MT Bold, with a Maximum of 1 line for bulk orders only at $2.75 each, and all it can fit for under 10 units at $9.99 each.

Processing time is 1-2 weeks. Once shipped, orders typically take 4-6 days to arrive depending on your location. I do not have any control over orders once they are sent out. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $99.

Customized items do not apply for returns.
